1st Quarter (S.Y. 2020-2021)
Just as evaluation is important for our students, evaluation is extremely valuable to our faculty. Please take a few minutes of your time to complete the questionnaire about your teacher(s) by simply going to this link:

All students should fill up one (1) form per teacher who is teaching them. Deadline is Sunday (Nov. 15, 2020).
Parents/guardians should assist the student if needed.
