REQUIREMENTS -
- New Students (Transferees) Enrolling In Grades 1-12
- Original copy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
- ID Photo
- [Grades 1, 7 and 11] Diploma/Certificate of Completion (Kindergarten, Elementary, or Junior High School) if available.
- [Grades 2-12] LATEST OFFICIAL REPORT CARD (SCHOOL FORM 9 [previously known as form138]) proving the child has been or will be promoted
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
