Many students have yet to fill in this evaluation form.
Just as evaluation is important for our students, evaluation is extremely valuable to our faculty. Please take a few minutes of your time to complete the questionnaire about your teachers by simply going to the link below.
- All students should fill up one (1) form per teacher who is teaching them. Extended deadline is Sunday (Dec. 12, 2021).
- Parents/guardians should assist the student if needed.
