IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. RAMADĀN ONLINE CLASS PROGRAM:
The Class Program timings are UPDATED for Ramadan 1443H.
Main changes made to Class Program timings:
- deduction of 30 minutes per period (i.e. 30min periods)
- 1st morning period starts at 9:30am
- The Updated Class Programs were also uploaded on our Facebook Page.
- The changes are effective tomorrow, MONDAY, APRIL 4, 2022 (Ramadān 2, 1443H), in shā Allāh.

2. RELEASING OF PRINTED MODULES:
The releasing of printed modules will only be done between 9:30am and 2:00pm (no work during Dhuhr break [11:30am-12:30pm]) on Mondays.
- Please coordinate properly with the Class Advisers if you are unavailable at that time.
- The School Office will not be open at other times, in shā Allāh.

- (May 2-6): ‘Eidul Fitr Break
- Week 5 (May 9-13): Classes for Module 4
• May 9: Release Modules 4 & 5
- Week 6 (May 16-20): Classes for Module 5
- Week 7 (May 23-27): 4th Quarter Review Week
- Week 8 (May 30-June 3): 4th Quarter Summative Tests
- June 6-17: - Student Clearances
- Graduation Preparations
- June 20-24: Awards Committee Deliberation of Awards
- July 1: Year-End General Assembly
