STUDENT-TEACHER EVALUATIONS for the 1st Quarter of S.Y. 2021-2022
Just as evaluation is important for our students, evaluation is extremely valuable to our faculty. During this 1-Week Academic Break (Rabi' al-Akhir 17-21, 1443H [November 22 to 26, 2021]), please take a few minutes of your time to complete the questionnaire about your teachers by simply going to the link below.
- All students should fill up one (1) form per teacher who is teaching them. Deadline is Thursday (Nov. 23, 2021).
- Parents/guardians should assist the student if needed.
